Once a passage is translated (depending on who does it and how it is translated), more or less, the original faviour is lost. The Chinese translation may help you to understand the content of an English passage (breifly or mostly). However, the level of comprehension is always capped to a certain depth, which you perhaps want to go deeper by reading the Chinese translation, but you cannot. Try to read the passage directly, through the aid of a dictionary, it will bring you the benefit in the long run. ...
