Asus Zenbook UX305

My notebook is almost 4 years old. I am thinking of changing it to Asus Zenbook UX305. How you guys think about Asus Zenbook UX305? Anyone is using it now? Any recommendation of other series of Asus notebook.

I have a good experience with Asus. I am using it now.

要看你買筆電的用途是甚麼吧?
如果只是上上網、使用office之類的話
UX305是台不錯的筆電

但如果要跑程式或玩遊戲、又想要電腦輕薄的話
個人推薦加一點錢買UX303~~

UX303LA should be good choice for you if you play games.  UX305 is for people who likes to carry laptop around.

Actually, I did buy the UX305. Though it is a relatively inexpensive aluminum ultrabook. It is light and has sleek design. However, the laptop is extremely thin and so it does not seem to have a sturdiness to laptop. Since it is on a core M processor, it is not as powerful in comparison to i5 or i7.
The problem I had encountered with it was software glitch where the colors were off. So I had to return it.
It seems that the last couple of times when I purchased an ASUS laptop there was some issue with it. It seems that things are not made to last anymore. ...

You can check UX501 or UX303UA or UX303UB.  They are more expensive than UX305 but has the performance you will need.

Asus is updating their Zenbook line to Skylake platform, and if you can wait for a while, UX305CA will be quite good as they should come with Skylake CPUs, and as I know skylake CPUs are packed with much better integrated graphics compared to the last generation(can't recall the name is that broadwell or haswell-e)
UX305 is the fanless ultrabook, super thin and light, stunning 4k display, but the performance of it depends greatly on the temperature. If you are going to play any kind of game including League, I would suggest UX303 which comes with fans, better dedicated graphics, thicker and without 4K display, but it outperforms UX305 quite heavily coz i7's here to save the day. At least it got fans and some may like that breeze ...

Actually I am now looking into UX305LA. I know it contains the i7 5500 processor with 8G ram and SSD of 256GB. It also has full HD display with 2 usb 3.0 ports. I don't know how different it would be in comparison to the UX305CA mentioned. But it does seem that the UX305 line is decent in pricing in comparison to other Zenbooks.

何不考慮Mac Book Air?
價格差不多，但是做工和使用者經驗會比ASUS好很多。
一個簡單的測試你就會明白：電腦闔蓋放在桌上，你能用一隻指頭掀起上蓋，而底部不會被帶起來嗎？
蘋果可以，3年前的ZenBook是GG的，不知現在有沒有改進？
這純粹是機構部的測試，但是可以想見工藝設計的等級。

不知道這台電腦展有沒有甚麼優惠活動,ASUS的型號真是多到讓人眼花撩亂

UX305CA uses Intel M CPU so it's different than i7 CPU.  If you are just using it to browse and watch steaming videos then UX305CA is good enough....
